Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the MorphMe mobile application operated by MorphMe (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MorphMe. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately via the app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MorphMe to:

  • Create videos featuring real people without their explicit consent
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or unlawful
  • Violate any third party’s intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the app’s functionality
  • Use automated means to access the service at scale
  • Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of videos and photos you upload. By submitting content to MorphMe, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your requested video. We do not claim any rights to your content beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Generated Content

AI-generated videos are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless you have obtained a separate commercial license from us. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use and share generated videos.

6. Credits and Payments

MorphMe uses a credit system. Credits are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies. Credits do not expire but have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.

8. Intellectual Property

The MorphMe app, including its design, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MorphMe is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
